We are pleased to announce the plans for our Annual General Meeting for the 2020/21 season, and we hope that you can join us.
Due to the continuing restrictions based around Covid19 our AGM will be held via Zoom.
DATE: Thursday 3rd June 2021
TIME: 7.00pm
Agenda items only will be discussed.
Members who wish to attend should email Mrs Lesley Cooper-Shaw on lesley_cooper-shaw@outlook.com.
The agenda and papers will be emailed to all attending with the meeting joining instructions and link.
Should members wish to submit a proposal this should be in accordance with Society rules and sent by email to the Honorable Secretary at lesley_cooper-shaw@outlook.com by 25th May 2021.
