Results of the EMGC Open Mock Field Trial

We held our Open Mock Field Trial yesterday in sugar beet by kind permission of Yew Tree Farms. A great day, the weather being kind to us with sunshine and a lovely breeze which was of great benefit to the dogs and handlers. The standard of the dogs entered was remarkable to say the least, which made judging them a difficult task and we didn't get finished till tea time.

I would like to thank our judges, Mr P Highfield, Mr S Cullis, Miss L Marsh and Miss V King. Thanks also to our sponsor, Skinners, for their continued support.

Our results were as follows:

2nd Mrs C Probert with Turpingreen Acuna Of Corsemalzie
3rd Mr C Pilkington with Shadeoak Major, who was also awarded Guns Choice.
COMs Ellena Swift Nunneley with Swiftlands Austin, S Le Voi with Maderablanca Amarillo, Tim Brain with Diglake Mullins Of Flypatch, Pat Dixon with Forever Stormking and Pete Goddard with Carltonstar Quinn Of Chitterman.
